Report. Endure and Marli had a battle royal all the way round and the former puppy champion prevailed , but only just, last seasons puppy champ Persian Bay was back in third, this was Endure’s first championship win of the season after a promising pre season campaign.

It is a rare occurrence that at a well used venue you have a different winner for every trail , well!’  apart from Paloma Faith winning the last , every trail at the four meetings at Kirkbride went to a different hound and in tonight’s pup trail it was Les Reid’s Liz who raised the flag for the first time beating Misha , Canny Mover and Just Mick in a bunched finish.
