Report
By gum it was a raw night up Miterdale even the kettle wouldn’t boil.
In the Seniors Songbird was made favourite with Marli second in the betting and it was the latter that prevailed by a fast diminishing two metres from her sister Galemire Grace. Here I like to point out,as somebody keeps reminding me, the first two last night and the first three the evening before all fully related.
That’s for Kenny ( now maybe he’ll shut up).
The Pup trail and ‘Daisy’ scored the sixth win of the season but not before and I quote” the lighter coloured of the two black un’s ‘ had squandered a lead.
On reflection that would be Thorn Dancer who finished third behind her sister Bewitched- Silver Charm was fourth and they were clear of the rest led in by ‘Kooga’
The open Restricted and this was a resounding win for Where’s Wally, who responding to Barbara’s unique ‘call’ finished well clear of Mickledore.
Young Mark was a catcher and responding to ‘first hound’ , ‘Where’s Wally’, looked all around sporting a big grin.
