Report. After a pleasant afternoon , a pleasant night followed and a tip in itself when Tommy’s Legacy ran here in preference to Kirkland, finishing seventh last week he improved to win beating  rank outsider  Howgill Annabella by 20 metres.

In the pups the first leg of a another double for the Dearham kennel, plus birthday boy Darren, when Rover won his first open trail just beating Nashville and the long time leader Tom Thumb in third . A trail consisting of 19 runners of which 14 were non-winners then followed the non- winners and four hounds had established a good lead and after the lead had chopped and changed  it was Cracking Spirit that prevailed denying the Mcmaster/ Abram plus Darren and Sharon a treble with Rita.

The final trail and after Hunter’s Dale had finished alone ,it was alleged that he hadn’t completed the full course and was subsequently disqualified and the race awarded to Rhyme. The result is subject to confirmation.
