Kirkstone report
Kirkstone pass Thursday April 28th
The senior trail ended in a head win for Denis Peare’s Hawkswood over her kennelmate Miterdale Duchess. The hounds were well bunched for most of the trail signifying a slow trail but the time of 26 mins. Says no!
The junior trail and after an uneventful first half they crossed the main road or they were supposed to but exit stage right up the road they went and disappeared.
Not all of them .Mal and Ann’s Black and Tan pup which was last now was in front.
Rex won the race I can’t.comment about the finish as I was on round up duty
Still scouting the open maidens who in true style crossed the road with no hassle and was won by read by the second description of a breakfast cereal- Crackle that’s Thorn Crackle.
The final trail and the hounds fancied a four hour laid trail rather than the one they were supposed to be on. Huntsman’s Nimrod led them home it was an all- in trail so it didn’t really matter where they went as long as long as they turned up
Now a point of order regarding the meeting, if you have got something to say then we will listen but not to diatribe, and bull **** .
