In the absence of the Secretary , the treasurer took the minutes.

Finance; increase in levy from 10p to 20p for all trails.

The treasurer will receive an honorarium of £1500.

Rosette to be priced re printing.

Paraffin to be regulated and sourced from outlets approved by the Committee

May Day trails are to be held at Helton.

Oulton applied for permission to invite the BHTA to a joint meeting.(Granted)

Trophy to the value of £500 has been donated to the HTA.

New return forms to be printed.

New rule regarding betting.

For betting purposes all bets will be settled on  the day of the trail.
