Report. Bower House is fast becoming Stockdale as once again the Overwater Team completed a double with ‘Arnie and ‘Roger’.
Overwater Arnie had a comfortable win in the seniors, he led at half way and completed the double ,this time beating Daisy Dream and Canny Girl.
In the juniors Overwater Roger, considered unlucky on Saturday, finished strongly to deny Canny Mover passing her in the last few yards with the fast finishing Jenny’s Aura in third , who had recovered well from a fall at the ‘dyke’.
The ONW provided Nicola , Robyn and the rest of the team with a win with Foxparke So Be It , she held on to beat Hunter’s Sparkle and Tempress and Miterdale Princess close behind. The well backed Mystery Girl returned to the start with three others.
Stanley and Carol Jackson from Borrowdale won the Open Restricted with Bewitched who had a good lead over Littman who was a similar distance in front of third the favourite Huntsman’s Hope.
The hounds were coming down the trod– ‘there are five clear was the report’. A regular trailer ,binoculars up, Aye there are two, followed by one ,then another one ,then another one.
