Aspatria and Wigton.

At a meeting called on Sunday 4th March at the Wigton Rugby club of all members of the Wigton and Aspatria area of the Hound Trailing Association.

The Aspatria and Wigton area of the HTA formed a Committee in conjunction with the rules of the Hound trailing association.
